Staining Protocols Of Each
The TBS version must be diluted at a ratio of 1:20 with deionized water. For example, one liter of the concentrate should be diluted with 19 liters of deionized water. It can also be used as a wash buffer with standard IHC protocols. Please note that if you store the TBS version at a temperature below ten degrees Celsius, the salts can fall out of your solution. The product should be brought back to room temperature first and then stirred to redistribute the salt.
The PBS version must also be diluted at a ratio of 1:20 using deionized water, which means when you use 50 ml of the concentrate, you should dilute it with 950 ml of deionized water. To ensure that this product is a 20X concentrate, the salt solution is very high. When temperatures drop below 44 degrees Fahrenheit, the salt can fall out of this solution. However, stirring the product will get redistribute the salts.
